Estimator (Construction)

For 10 years we have been successfully implementing our architectural projects on the world stage.

Due to fast growth and launching new projects, we are looking for an Estimator (Construction) to join our team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed construction cost estimates at concept, design, and tender stages
• Review drawings, specifications, and project documents to determine scope of work
• Perform quantity take-offs and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
• Analyze labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs
• Request, compare, and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations
• Support budgeting, tender submissions, and project feasibility studies
• Participate in value engineering and cost optimization initiatives
• Maintain updated cost databases and market pricing benchmarks
• Coordinate with Design, Procurement, and Project Management teams
• Assist in cost control, variation analysis, and project financial tracking

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in construction estimation
• Experience within real estate developers or contracting companies preferred
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and UAE market pricing
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• Advanced MS Excel skills and experience with estimation software
• High attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• UAE/GCC project experience is an advantage
• Fluent English required
