Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Estimation Engineer to prepare accurate cost estimates for electro-mechanical (MEP) projects. The candidate must have strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, BOQ preparation, and tendering procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
• Prepare quantity take-offs for Electrical & Mechanical works.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and pricing sheets.
• Obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Analyze project risks and cost factors.
• Coordinate with procurement, project, and engineering teams.
• Prepare tender submissions and supporting documents.
• Assist in value engineering and cost optimization.
• Maintain estimation records and cost databases.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 2–5 years experience in MEP / Electro-Mechanical estimation.
• Strong knowledge of UAE market rates (preferred).
• Proficient in MS Excel and cost estimation software.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Good analytical and negotiation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in tendering for government or private sector projects.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and deadline-oriented mindset.

Pay: Up to AED5,500.00 per month
