Job Title: Estimator – Façade and Aluminum
Location: Al Quoz, UAE

Key Responsibilities

1. Cost Estimation

• Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for façade and aluminum projects by reviewing drawings, specifications, and project documents.

2. Project Analysis

• Evaluate project scope, including labor, material requirements, equipment, and subcontractor involvement to determine project feasibility and profitability.

3. Tender Preparation

• Prepare tender documents, technical proposals, and competitive bids in line with client requirements and company standards.

4. Vendor & Supplier Coordination

• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain accurate pricing and ensure competitive quotations for materials and services.

5. Risk Assessment

• Identify potential project risks, challenges, and design issues, providing recommendations for risk mitigation and cost optimization.

6. Budget Management

• Monitor and control project costs throughout the lifecycle to ensure alignment with the estimated budget, reporting deviations when necessary.

7. Technical Support

• Provide technical guidance to project managers, engineers, and internal teams during estimation and project execution.

8. Documentation

• Maintain organized and comprehensive records of estimates, quotations, tenders, and related project documentation for audits and future reference.

9. Market Analysis

• Keep updated with industry trends, new technologies, material pricing, and market conditions to ensure estimates remain competitive and current.

10. Client Interaction

• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, clarify project needs, and present estimates and proposals professionally.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3–10 years of experience in estimating façade and aluminum projects, preferably within the Middle East.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in estimation tools/software such as AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and MS Office Suite.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of façade and aluminum systems, materials, fabrication, and installation standards.
• Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical thinking with strong attention to detail.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications in estimation, cost engineering, or project management are an added advantage.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
