Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Estimator with strong experience in Façade and Aluminum systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, supporting tender submissions, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure competitive and compliant proposals. This role requires strong technical knowledge, analytical abilities, and familiarity with façade and aluminum project requirements in the region.

Key Responsibilities

1. Cost Estimation:

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for façade and aluminum projects by reviewing drawings, specifications, and related documents.

2. Project Analysis:

• Evaluate project requirements—including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor scopes—to assess feasibility and profitability.

3. Tender Preparation:

• Develop tender documents, proposals, and bid submissions aligned with client requirements and company standards.

4. Vendor & Supplier Coordination:

• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing and validate material specifications.

5. Risk Assessment:

• Identify potential project risks and propose mitigation strategies to ensure successful execution.

6. Budget Management:

• Track and monitor project costs against estimated budgets and report any deviations.

7. Technical Support:

• Provide technical input and support to project teams throughout the project cycle.

8. Documentation:

• Maintain organized records of estimates, quotations, and project-related documentation for audits and future reference.

9. Market Analysis:

• Stay updated on market prices, material trends, and advancements in façade and aluminum technologies.

10. Client Interaction:

• Coordinate with clients to gather requirements, address queries, and present cost estimates effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience: 4–10 years of relevant experience in façade and aluminum project estimation, preferably in the Middle East.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in estimation tools and software such as AutoCAD, Bluebeam, MS Office, and other industry tools.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of façade systems, aluminum fabrication, installation methods, and regional industry standards.
• Analytical Abilities: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is an added advantage.
• Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications in estimation or project management are a plus.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
