Estimator- Fit out

Responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for interior fit out projects, ensuring competitive pricing while maintaining compliance with project specifications, company standards, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review project drawings, specifications, and tender documents to understand scope of work.
• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for materials, labor, subcontractors, and equipment.
• Analyze and compare supplier/subcontractor quotations to ensure competitive pricing.
• Develop BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and prepare tender submissions within deadlines.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and designers to clarify scope and requirements.
• Track changes in design, scope, and pricing during pre- and post-tender stages.
• Evaluate risks, assumptions, and opportunities in pricing to support decision-making.
• Assist in preparing value engineering options to meet client budgets.
• Maintain updated database of suppliers, subcontractors, and material prices.
• Prepare cost reports and assist in project budgeting and forecasting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Estimator in Interior Fit Out projects in the UAE/GCC.
• Strong knowledge of joinery, partitions, ceilings, flooring, MEP coordination, and finishes.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED10,000.00 per month
