About the Role:
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and experienced Estimator – Fit-Out with a proven track record of delivering accurate cost estimates and competitive tenders for interior fit-out projects. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with design, procurement, and project teams to ensure profitable and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review design drawings, specifications, and tender documents to prepare accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates.
• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and procurement teams to develop competitive and compliant bids.
• Source, analyze, and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations to ensure cost-effective pricing.
• Prepare detailed BOQs, cost summaries, and commercial tender submissions.
• Identify cost optimization opportunities through value engineering while maintaining quality standards.
• Assess and document tender risks, assumptions, and clarifications.
• Stay updated on UAE market rates, material pricing, and fit-out industry trends.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of proven experience in estimation for interior fit-out projects within the UAE.
• Strong technical knowledge of joinery, gypsum works, MEP coordination, flooring, finishes, and custom furniture.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and relevant estimation software.
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Demonstrated experience preparing bids for commercial, hospitality, retail, or office fit-out projects.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
