Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator – Fit-Out to join our growing team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimations for interior fit-out projects while ensuring profitability and compliance with project requirements. The candidate must possess strong analytical abilities, advanced Microsoft Excel skills, and solid knowledge of fit-out materials, market rates, and vendor sourcing within the Saudi market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documentation for interior fit-out projects
• Analyze project drawings, specifications, and client requirements
• Collect and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
• Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, Conditional Formatting, and advanced formulas for estimation and reporting
• Coordinate with project managers, designers, procurement teams, and suppliers
• Maintain and regularly update cost databases for labor, materials, and subcontract works
• Review technical drawings and ensure complete scope coverage in estimations
• Identify value engineering and cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality
• Assist in tender submissions and commercial evaluations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in interior fit-out or contracting industry
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel (Advanced Level is mandatory)
• Excellent knowledge of fit-out materials, market pricing, and supplier sourcing in Saudi Arabia
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Strong analytical, numerical, and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Experience in commercial, retail, hospitality, or office fit-out projects is preferred

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with AutoCAD and estimation software
• Knowledge of Saudi market standards and regulations
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tender deadlines
