Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Fit-Out Estimator to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and tender submissions for interior fit-out projects including commercial, residential, retail, and hospitality works.

The candidate should have strong knowledge of fit-out materials, construction methods, and project costing with the ability to work closely with sales, design, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Review architectural drawings, tender documents, and project specifications.
• Prepare detailed BOQs, cost estimates, and material take-offs for fit-out projects.
• Analyze project scope and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing and quotations.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals for tenders.
• Support the sales and project teams during bidding and execution stages.
• Maintain cost databases and update pricing regularly.
• Ensure estimates align with project requirements and company standards.
• Participate in tender negotiations and project clarifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in fit-out estimation within the UAE or GCC.
• Strong knowledge of interior fit-out works (joinery, ceilings, flooring, partitions, ).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in commercial, retail, office, and luxury fit-out projects.
• Strong vendor and subcontractor network in UAE market.
• Ability to handle multiple tenders under tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of value engineering and cost optimization.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
