We are seeking an experienced Estimator – Interior Fit-Out to join our growing team and play a key role in securing and delivering successful projects through accurate cost planning and competitive tender submissions.

Position Overview

The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and tender submissions for interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial awareness, technical knowledge, and the ability to work closely with design, procurement, and project teams to support business growth and project success.

Key Responsibilities

• Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates for fit-out projects.
• Analyze supplier and subcontractor quotations to obtain competitive pricing.
• Prepare commercial proposals, tender submissions, and cost breakdowns.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams during the tendering process.
• Identify value engineering opportunities and cost-saving solutions without compromising quality.
• Assess project risks, assumptions, exclusions, and commercial considerations.
• Maintain updated knowledge of UAE market rates, material costs, and subcontractor pricing.
• Support management with budgeting, cost planning, and bid strategy development.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out estimation.
• Proven experience preparing estimates and tenders for commercial, hospitality, retail, residential, or office fit-out projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of joinery, gypsum partitions and ceilings, flooring, finishes, furniture, and MEP coordination.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software.
• Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
