Estimator - Interior & Exhibition

Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in interior fit-outs, exhibition stands, and project estimation. You will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, evaluating project requirements, and supporting the sales and project teams with precise budgeting and planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for interior and exhibition projects.
• Analyze project drawings, specifications, and client requirements.
• Collaborate with design, production, and sales teams for accurate estimations.
• Track and update material, labor, and subcontractor costs.
• Support the team in preparing bids, quotations, and proposals.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and project budgets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in interior or exhibition estimation.
• Strong knowledge of construction, fit-out, and exhibition industry standards.
• Proficient in reading technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
• Good communication and team collaboration skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.

Preferred:

• Experience with ERP or estimation software.
• Background in interior design, project management, or related field.
