Estimator- Interior Fit Out

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator with strong knowledge of joinery works and proficiency in AutoCAD to join our interior fit-out team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing project drawings and specifications, and supporting the commercial team in bidding and procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed estimates and BOQs for joinery and interior fit-out projects.

• Read and interpret architectural and joinery shop drawings.

• Conduct material take-offs and quantity calculations from AutoCAD drawings.

• Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams for accurate costing.

• Obtain pricing from suppliers and subcontractors.

• Evaluate tender documents, drawings, and specifications.

• Support in the preparation of technical and commercial submissions.

• Track project costs and update budgets as needed.

• Attend site visits or meetings when required for better understanding of project scope.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Estimator in the joinery/interior fit-out industry (minimum 2–3 years).

• Strong knowledge of joinery items, materials, production methods, and finishes.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (Excel, Word).

• Understanding of local market rates and supplier networks.

• Good analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
