Estimator – Interior Fit-Outs

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator to join our interior fit-out team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of interior projects, materials, joinery, and BOQ preparation, along with the ability to produce accurate and competitive cost estimates.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and quotations for interior fit-out projects.
• Review project drawings, specifications, and client requirements to determine project scope.
• Conduct site visits as needed to assess project conditions and gather technical information.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and project management teams for pricing inputs and clarifications.
• Obtain and compare quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Analyze costs, materials, labor, and timelines to prepare competitive proposals.
• Prepare value engineering options to optimize project cost without compromising quality.
• Support the sales team with technical input during bidding processes.
• Maintain accurate project costing records and update pricing databases.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Estimator in interior fit-outs, joinery, or related industry (UAE experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of fit-out materials, finishes, joinery items, and MEP-related elements.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and design layouts.
• Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of estimation software is a plus.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and technical reporting abilities.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple estimations at once.
