Estimator - Interior Fitout

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Estimator to join our clients interior fit-out team in Dubai. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and tenders for interior fit-out projects, ensuring competitiveness while maintaining quality and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and BOQs for interior fit-out projects
• Study drawings, specifications, and tender documents
• Take accurate material and quantity take-offs
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams for clarifications
• Obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
• Analyze costs related to materials, labor, equipment, and overheads
• Prepare tender submissions within deadlines
• Support value engineering and cost optimization
• Maintain records of estimates, revisions, and approvals

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Estimator in interior fit-out or contracting industry
• Strong knowledge of interior fit-out materials, finishes, and joinery works
• Proficiency in Excel and estimation software
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
• Good analytical and numerical skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
