Estimator - Joinery

We are seeking an experienced Estimator Joinery to prepare accurate cost estimates, material take-offs, and quotations for joinery by reviewing drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

* Review tender drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project requirements.

* Prepare accurate cost estimations for joinery, carpentry, and interior fit-out works.

* Conduct quantity take-offs and material estimation.

* Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations.

* Prepare project cost sheets, pricing analysis, and tender submissions.

* Evaluate labor, material, machinery, and overhead costs.

* Liaise with production, procurement, and project teams for clarifications.

* Identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering options.

* Maintain estimation records and update cost databases.

* Ensure quotations are submitted within the required timeline.

Requirements:

* Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.

* Minimum 8-10 years of experience in joinery estimation in UAE.

* Knowledge of joinery materials, woodwork, furniture, cabinetry, and fit-out processes.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
