Estimator - Landscape Experience Required

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Analyze drawings, specifications, and related documents to prepare detailed cost estimates.
• Quantify and take off materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor requirements.
• Solicit and evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotes for pricing accuracy.
• Prepare and submit professional bid proposals and tender documents.
• Participate in pre-bid meetings, site visits, and client walkthroughs.
• Coordinate with project managers, designers, and field supervisors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Maintain a database of historical cost data and pricing resources.
• Monitor market trends in materials and labor to adjust pricing strategies accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with local codes, regulations, and environmental considerations.
• Assist in value engineering and alternative solutions to meet budget constraints.

Qualifications:

• B.E in Civil or BSc Quantity Survey from reputed institute.
• Must be having Experience in Candy & AutoCAD.
• 5 to 6 years of experience in landscaping industry.
