Estimator (MEP and Fit outs)

Job Title: MEP & Fit-Out Estimator

Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented MEP & Fit-Out Estimator to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for MEP works and interior fit-out projects by analyzing drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review project drawings, BOQs, and specifications for MEP and fit-out works
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, material take-offs, and pricing for tenders
• Obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
• Prepare and submit tender documents within deadlines
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams
• Evaluate project risks and recommend cost-effective solutions
• Maintain records of estimates, quotations, and project cost data

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or relevant field
• 3+ years of experience in MEP and fit-out estimation
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, materials, and fit-out works
• Proficiency in estimation software and MS Office
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOQs
• Strong analytical and communication skills
