Estimator ( Pre Quantity Surveyor) - Landscape Division

Brief Job Responsibilities :

1. Detailed Study of Tender Drawings, Tender Documents, BOQ, specifications, etc.

2. Attending Pre Tender meetings and Preliminary site visits with the Client/Consultant.

3. Quantity take-off including all the additional Items observed from Drawings, Specifications, Addenda, Site Conditions, etc.

4. Checking the BOQ received from the Client/Consultant or if not provided, preparing the BOQ in standard format with all the items incorporated in it.

5. Sending Queries to the Client/Consultant to obtain all the relevant details for preparing BOQ and other Documents.

6. Obtaining Quotations from Sub Contractors and comparing the same with Project requirements & Specifications and Negotiating if required.

7. Coordinated with MEP, Planning, Project and Purchase departments to get in-house offers and analyse house & market rates.

8. Pricing for all the Items keeping in mind the nature & quantum of work.

9. Preparation of Budgets for Awarded works.

Desired Candidate Profile :

Quantity Surveying with at least 5 years GCC experience in QS procedures ( Cost estimation, BOQ preparation, Pre Tender Estimation, Tender preparation & Analysis, Variation Analysis etc ) related to Landscaping Industry. Knowledge of AutoCAD and Primavera is required. Must be able to work under pressure and should possess excellent communication Skills. Be highly organized and demonstrate an ability to support project managers on all contract-related matters. Immediately available candidates are preferred.

Pay: BD700.000 - BD800.000 per month
