Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Estimator & Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This hybrid role combines the technical accuracy of cost estimation with the hands-on coordination of project execution. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are accurately priced, efficiently scheduled, and smoothly managed from tender stage through completion.
Key Responsibilities Estimation Duties:
- Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents to prepare accurate cost estimates for interior fit-out projects.
- Quantify materials, labor, and subcontractor requirements.
- Solicit and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
- Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and cost breakdowns.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and value-engineering options.
- Assist in tender submissions and clarify technical queries with clients or consultants.
Project Coordination Duties:
- Support project planning, scheduling, and procurement activities.
- Coordinate between design, procurement, and site teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Track project progress, budgets, and variations.
- Prepare and update project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and progress reports.
- Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure all works are completed to quality standards, timelines, and budgets.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or Construction Management.
- 1–2 years of experience in estimation and project coordination, preferably in interior fit-out or joinery works.
- Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, finishes, and construction methods.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software (e.g., PlanSwift, Candy, or similar).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,800.00 per month
