Job Title: Estimator & Project Supervisor

Company: Brandscape Advertising & Fitout

Key Responsibilities:

* Review drawings/specifications and define scope for fitout, exhibition, events, kiosk, and construction projects.

* Prepare accurate BOQs, cost estimates, and tender submissions.

* Conduct site assessments, validate layouts, and ensure compliance with codes/regulations.

* Coordinate with vendors, negotiate quotes, and manage project budgets.

* Supervise on-site execution, quality control, manpower, and final handover.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in estimation & supervision for fitout, exhibitions, events, kiosks, and construction.

* Strong technical knowledge of materials, methods, and industry standards.

* Excellent negotiation, communication, and project management skills.
