Estimator / Quantity Surveyor

Position: Estimator cum Quantity Surveyor (Joinery)

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate estimates, BOQs, and cost analysis for joinery and interior fit-out projects.
• Review tender drawings, specifications, and project requirements to assess material, labor, and time costs.
• Coordinate with the production, design, and procurement teams to collect pricing data and technical inputs.
• Prepare material take-offs from drawings and ensure cost-effective solutions.
• Analyze subcontractor quotations and ensure alignment with project requirements.
• Prepare cost comparison sheets, tender documents, and submit proposals on time.
• Participate in value engineering and cost control throughout the project execution phase.
• Support project budgeting, progress valuations, and final accounts.
• Maintain and update cost databases, supplier price lists, and material catalogs.
• Ensure all estimations comply with company standards and client specifications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
