Job Title: Estimator – Interior Fit-Out Company

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our Interior Fit-Out company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing drawings and specifications, and supporting the project team from tender stage to project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and tender submissions for interior fit-out projects
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements
• Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
• Coordinate with project managers, designers, and procurement teams
• Prepare cost comparisons, value engineering options, and budgets
• Monitor cost variations and assist with project cost control
• Ensure estimates comply with company standards and client requirements

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Estimator in an interior fit-out company
• Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, finishes, and construction methods
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications accurately
• Proficiency in MS Excel and estimating software
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure

Experience:
