Role Overview:

The Estimation and Quantity Surveying Engineer is responsible for preparing accurate cost

estimates and managing project budgets for all kinds of architectural and interior fit-out projects.

This role involves analyzing project specifications, conducting quantity take-offs, collaborating

with design and project management teams, and ensuring that estimates align with client

budgets and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Cost- Estimation:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for interior design and exhibition projects, including

materials, labor, equipment, and overheads.

• Analyze project specifications, drawings, and designs to determine resource

requirements.

• Collaborate with the design and project teams to ensure accurate cost projections.

Quantity Surveying:

• Measure and value the quantity of materials and work required for projects.
• Prepare bills of quantities (BOQs) based on drawings and client requirements.
• Monitor material usage and work progress to ensure alignment with budgets.

Tendering and Procurement:

• Analyze supplier quotations and negotiate competitive pricing.
• Assist in preparing tender documents and evaluating bids.
• Source and manage subcontractors, ensuring compliance with project timelines and

budgets.

Cost Control and Reporting:

• Monitor ongoing project costs and compare them against budgets.
• Provide regular financial reports and forecasts to management.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising project quality.

Contract Management:

• Assist in drafting and managing contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, project specifications, and company

standards.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Liaise with architects, designers, and project managers to ensure seamless project

execution.

• Address client inquiries related to cost and budget matters.
• Support project handovers and final account settlements.

Requirement:

Minimum 4 years of UAE experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
