Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Civil Estimator to join our contracting team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for civil and fit-out projects, ensuring competitive and profitable tenders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and material take-offs for civil projects.
• Study tender documents, drawings, specifications, and scope of work.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations.
• Analyze project risks, cost variations, and value engineering options.
• Assist in tender submission, clarifications, and negotiations.
• Maintain estimation databases and cost records.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams.
• Monitor market rates for materials and labor.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Civil Estimator in a contracting company.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction, fit-out works, and UAE market rates.
• Proficiency in estimation software, Excel, and AutoCAD.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications accurately.
• Strong analytical, communication, and time management skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in UAE tendering procedures.
• Knowledge of FIDIC contracts.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Civil estimator (fitout): 3 years (Required)

Language:

• English (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• UAE Driving License (Required)
