Estimator ( Landscaping experience )

PTWL is looking for Estimator ( Landscaping Projects) with 4+ years experience to join our team.

The position has the following responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing all quantity take off, payment certificate, and Cost forecast from pitch to completion.
• Quantity take off as per the method of measurement from the drawings to evaluate the subcontractor, client payment application and to procure the materials.
• Preparing monthly payment application to submit client.
• Preparing, pricing and submitting the variation order to the client approval.
• Preparing the Bill of Quantities with the drawings and Specifications.
• Arriving new rates for the non - tender items.
• Preparing subcontractor package for the special scope of works.
• Floating enquires to supplier / Manufacturers. Preparing Technical evaluation and ·
• finalizing the subcontractor based on the allowable budget.
• Preparing payment certificates, Variation order and Final accounts against work.
• Forecasting the project cost to check, control all the stages of the project within ·
• the predetermined budget.
• Preparing the cash flow for the labor, material, equipment and subcontractor.
• Preparing the monthly progress report.

Requirement:

• Proven work experience as a Landscaping companies or similar role.
• Proven work experience on quantity take off is a must.
• Familiarity with project management
• Hands-on experience with MS Office and MS Excel
• Proficient typing and editing skills
• Data organization skills
• Attention to detail
• BSc degree or relevant field
