Estimator / Quantity Surveyor Engineer

Job Title: Estimation & Quantity Surveyor Engineer

​Responsibilities:

- ​Take-off quantities for furniture, joinery, gypsum board, and painting works.

- ​Prepare detailed cost estimation and quotations.

- ​Manage client communications and coordinate project requirements.

- ​Liaise effectively with Emirati clients and local suppliers.

​Requirements:

- Arab or Arabic language ( Mandatory)​
2-3 years of experience in the UAE (Mandatory).

​Valid UAE Driving License must have - have car (Preferred).

​Expertise in interior fit-out and joinery works.

- knowledge about materials prices

​المهام المطلوبة:

​حصر كميات بنود الأثاث، الديكور، الأعمال الخشبية، الجبس بورد، والدهانات.

​إعداد مقايسات التسعير وتقديم عروض الأسعار

​التواصل المباشر مع العملاء ومتابعة المتطلبات.

​خبرة سابقة في التعامل مع الذوق والمتطلبات المحلية للمواطنين

​الشروط:

- ​خبرة داخل الإمارات لا تقل عن 2-3 سنوات.

- يجب ان تكون لديه ​رخصة قيادة إماراتية

- يفضل وجود سيارة

- ​إجادة تامة لأعمال المكتب الفني

- له خبرة فى اسعار الخامات و اسعار السوق
