Job Overview

We are hiring a Cost Estimator for Interior Turnkey Fit-Out Works to ensure BOQ accuracy, cost control, and commercial discipline across villa renovation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQs and quantity take-offs
• Develop cost estimates across all trades
• Validate subcontractor pricing
• Track cost vs budget
• Manage variations
• Maintain rate database
• Support procurement and design alignment

Mandatory Requirements

• 3–5 years UAE experience in residential/villa projects
• Strong BOQ and estimation capability across all trades
• Knowledge of Dubai market rates
• High accuracy and attention to detail
