Estimator (ST Style Glass and Aluminum Installation LLC)

• Developing product designs from scratch which may include visiting the site and taking measurements.
• Presenting rough design drafts for client approval.
• Ensuring product designs meet required safety and structural standards.
• Generating Solid and Surface CAD models.
• Presenting various design perspectives for installation improvements and adaptations.
• Finalizing AutoCAD models.
• Presenting models to management.
• Make quality survey on sites.
• Make improvements in cost sheet to minimize cost estimation.
• Understand the project/program and its requirements.
• Determine key variables for cost and other estimates.
• Gather first-hand information from sites.
• Conduct research to obtain data on labor costs, materials, production times etc.
• Obtain and review offers and quotes by contractors.
• Perform risk analysis.
• Create and submit estimate reports to the management.

Note: Candidate with Glass and Aluminium experience will be preferred.
