Estimator - Swimming Pool

Job Summary

We are looking for an Estimator with experience in luxury acrylic swimming pool projects to prepare accurate cost estimates, analyze drawings, and support the commercial team in bidding and project planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for acrylic swimming pool projects including materials, fabrication, installation, and MEP coordination
• Study drawings, specifications, BOQs, and tender documents
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations
• Evaluate costs related to acrylic panels, steel structures, waterproofing, finishes, and accessories
• Prepare comparison statements and cost breakdowns
• Support project teams with cost control and variation pricing
• Maintain estimation databases and records

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience as an Estimator in swimming pools, acrylic pools, or related construction projects
• Strong understanding of acrylic pool systems and luxury finishes preferred
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

Proficiency in Excel and estimation software

• Good communication and coordination skills
• Attention to detail and commercial awareness
