Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor & Estimation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cost estimation, material take-offs, taking out B.O.Q, tender preparation, and budget control for construction and fit-out projects, with a focus on aluminum works, gypsum partitions, and related interior finishes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quantity Take-Offs: Measure and quantify materials from drawings and specifications.
• Cost Estimation: Prepare cost estimates and BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for projects.
• Tendering & Bidding: Assist in preparing tender documents, bid proposals, and contract evaluations.
• Material & Cost Analysis: Analyze project costs and ensure cost-effective solutions.
• Supplier Coordination: Obtain and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Site Visits & Verification: Conduct site inspections to validate quantities and progress.
• Contract & Payment Management: Assist in preparing interim valuations and final accounts.
• Variation & Claims Management: Assess variations and prepare cost implications.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in quantity surveying and estimation (preferably in aluminum & fit-out works).
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software.
• Familiarity with construction drawings, contracts, and BOQ preparation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of local market rates and suppliers.
• Certification in cost estimation or quantity surveying is an advantage.

Salary: (Negotiable based on experience)
