Ethraa Program 2025-2026
The Ethraa Program is a full-time development initiative aimed at preparing UAE Nationals for successful careers in the banking sector. Over 6 to 8 months , participants will gain practical experience, complete tailored learning pathways, and earn professional certifications. You will join a department aligned with your academic background and career aspirations.
- Participate in structured learning phases:
- Phase One: Core banking foundational courses
- Phase Two: International Pathway Certification
- Phase Three: Professional Qualifications (ACCA, CFA, CIPD, ACI, CISI, etc.)
- Engage in on-the-job training within assigned departments
- Collaborate with mentors and peers to achieve program milestones
- Demonstrate commitment to professional growth and development
- UAE National with a Family Book
- Graduated between 2023–2026
- Minimum GPA of 2.8
- Majors: Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Science/Engineering, Political Science, HR, Information Technology, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Industrial Engineering, Economics, International Relations
- Maximum 1 year of non-banking experience
- Must not have joined Ethraa in any Central Bank enrolled company
- Completed National Service (for male candidates)
