About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Change Manager to join our team and lead the organizational change management (OCM) workstream for large-scale ERP projects, digital transformation or Target operating models. The Change Manager will play a crucial role in developing and implementing robust change management, communication and training strategies, fostering user adoption, and proactively mitigating resistance across all organizational levels. The Change Manager will also coach and mentor junior team members in the organizational change management (OCM) workstream

Responsibilities

Change Management Strategy: Develop, implement, and continuously refine a structured change management strategy tailored to the ERP implementation, digital transformation or TOM structure, ensuring alignment with business goals and project timelines.
Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership: Identify key stakeholders and develop engagement strategies to build trust, secure buy-in, and maintain transparent communication.
Change Impact Assessment: Conduct in-depth change impact and change readiness assessments, evaluate results, identify risks, and develop risk mitigation strategies
Communication Strategy: Design, implement, and manage communication strategy and plan aligned with the program's overall objectives.
Communication Design and Execution : Craft and rollout compelling content using various channels, including email, presentations, user guides, and online resources.
Training & Enablement: Collaborate with system implementation teams to design and deliver training programs, ensuring employees are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to utilize the new ERP system effectively
Change adoption : Define, track, and report on success metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of change management efforts, gathering feedback for continuous improvement

Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Change Management, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus
• 7+ years of experience with 3+ years in Change management, with a strong track record in leading change management plan implementations.
• Prior experience as a change or communication manager or in a similar communication-focused role
• Techno-functional experience in the successful delivery of cloud-based ERP implementation (SAP S4 HANA, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle Fusion etc.) or digital transformation programs is a plus
Skills:
• Proven ability to develop and deliver compelling presentations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing and prioritizing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to navigate resistance, foster positive relationships, and maintain resilience in a dynamic and evolving environment.
• Experience in managing change initiatives within Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project environments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint) and G-Suite (Sheets, Docs and Slides)
• Familiarity with collaboration tools (e.g., Google Chat, Microsoft Teams) and digital tools and platforms for change management, communication, and training

Desired Qualifications
• PMP Certification: Project Management Professional (or equivalent) are an advantage.
• Expertise or certifications in change management principles and methods (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR, APMG Change Management Practitioner, CCMP ) are preferred.
• SAP Activate and Oracle True Cloud Method is a plus.
