Job Description & Summary
We are looking for a visual storyteller to join the Marketing & Communications team at PwC ETIC and support the creation of engaging creative assets across internal communications, employer branding, digital platforms, and external marketing initiatives.

This role is focused on creative execution and content production. The ideal candidate is highly creative, detail-oriented, and capable of producing high-quality visuals across multiple formats, including presentations, digital assets, internal communication materials, and short-form video content.


Key Responsibilities:

• • Design creative assets for internal and external communications initiatives
    
  • Create digital content for employer branding and recruitment campaigns
    
  • Design presentations, marketing materials, social media visuals, and branded communication assets
    
  • Develop visuals for internal communication channels, including office screens, announcements, and engagement campaigns
    
  • Support website visual updates and digital design requirements
    
  • Edit short-form video content and quick video cuts for social media and digital campaigns
    
  • Ensure consistency across all visual assets in alignment with brand guidelines
    
  • Support event branding and creative execution .
    
  • Stay updated on digital design trends and visual storytelling approaches .
    
    

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, multimedia design, and digital content creation
  

• Strong proficiency in English
  

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign and PowerPoint
  

• Strong creative eyes & attention to detail
  

• Eager to learn, expand skills and grow beyond graphic design work
  

• Strong portfolio showcasing digital design work across multiple formats
  

• Experience creating presentations and digital communication materials
  

• Understanding of social-first visual content and modern digital design trends
  

• Ability to manage multiple projects with fast turnaround times
  

• Strong attention to detail and creative thinking skills
  
  

• Motion graphics or animation skills
  

• Knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Premiere
  

• Photography or videography experience
