Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of .NET applications.

• Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and project timelines.

• Collaborate with product managers, QA, and other departments to deliver high-quality solutions.

• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

• Stay current with .NET technologies and industry trends to guide the team in adopting modern practices.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

• Manage project priorities, timelines, and resources to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications :

• 6+ years of hands-on .NET development experience (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core).

• Proven experience managing or leading development teams.

• Strong knowledge of database design and development (SQL Server, Entity Framework).

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience).

Preferred Skills :

• Experience with cloud technologies (Azure, AWS).

• Knowledge of front-end technologies (JavaScript, React, Angular).

• Familiarity with CI/CD practices.
