Role Overview:
The Senior Associate Performance Tester leads performance testing efforts, mentors junior testers, and ensures robust test strategies for complex systems. This role involves advanced scripting, analysis, and optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement comprehensive performance test strategies.
  
• Develop and maintain automation frameworks for load, stress, and endurance testing.
  
• Analyze test results, identify bottlenecks, and recommend optimizations.
  
• Collaborate with architects and DevOps teams to integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines.
  
• Define SLAs, KPIs, and reporting standards for performance metrics.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  
• 4–6 years of experience in performance testing and engineering.
  
• Expertise in tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, Blazemeter.
  
• Strong programming skills (Java, Python) and knowledge of system architecture.
  
• Experience with APM tools and cloud environments.
