Job Description & Summary
We are seeking a seasoned SAP EWM Manager with 7+ years of experience to lead complex warehouse management projects and drive digital transformation across global supply chain operations. This leadership role demands deep functional expertise in SAP EWM, strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to architect scalable, high-performance solutions that optimize warehouse efficiency and inventory accuracy.
Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end SAP EWM implementations, upgrades, and support initiatives

Define solution architecture and oversee integration with SAP modules (MM, SD, TM, PP) and external systems

Engage with business leaders to understand operational challenges and translate them into SAP EWM solutions

Drive process improvements in inbound/outbound logistics, inventory management, labor management, and RF/mobile integration

Manage cross-functional teams and ensure delivery excellence across all phases of the project lifecycle

Conduct workshops, blueprinting sessions, and fit-gap analyses for global warehouse operations

Oversee testing, training, change management, and post-go-live support

Mentor junior consultants and build internal EWM capability

Stay current with SAP innovations (e.g., S/4HANA Embedded EWM, Decentralized EWM) and recommend enhancements
Required Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field

7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP EWM, including at least 2 full-cycle implementations

Strong understanding of warehouse processes: inbound/outbound logistics, putaway, picking, packing, staging, and shipping

Experience with RF integration, warehouse automation, and labor management

Proven leadership in managing SAP projects and cross-functional teams

Familiarity with S/4HANA Embedded EWM and Decentralized EWM architectures

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work in global delivery models and multicultural environments
