Etimad Tender Operations Lead (KSA)

STAMP is hiring a hands-on Etimad expert to own the full tender lifecycle for our clients: registration, opportunity monitoring and filtering, bid assembly, portal submission, and after-submission follow-ups. You will build repeatable, tech-enabled processes and work with clients to turn high-quality opportunities into compliant, on-time bids—without needing day-to-day supervision.

What You will Do (Outcomes)

• Own client onboarding on Etimad : vendor registrations, data/compliance checks, and account hygiene.
• Monitor & filter tenders against client capability, category, and deadlines; push only “best-fit” opportunities with clear go/no-go notes.
• Run submissions end-to-end : create submission plans, collect inputs, check forms/compliance, upload/submit in Etimad, and confirm receipt.
• Coordinate technical & financial proposals with client teams; ensure formatting, completeness, and portal compliance.
• Follow up after submission : track status, clarifications, awards, and feedback; maintain an auditable trail and dashboards.
• Continuously improve : templatize checklists, automate reminders, and help productize our tendering module.

Experience

• 4–7+ years running Saudi government tenders on Etimad (portal operations, documentation, submissions, and post-submission management).
• Strong Arabic (native/near-native) and professional English, you will brief executives and write crisp go/no-go notes.
• Proven ability to work independently with near-zero supervision, manage many deadlines, and keep immaculate records.
• Solid knowledge of Saudi public procurement mechanics (e.g., common eligibility docs, bid securities, classification, clarifications).

Nice-to-Have

• Experience aligning bids with Local Content requirements and certificate workflows.
• Comfort coordinating technical + financial proposal inputs and packaging for portal compliance.
• Process/product mindset (you like turning messy processes into playbooks and reusable templates).

Location & Setup

Riyadh (hybrid). Full-time. Occasional after-hours during peak tender windows.
