ETL Developer (MSBI + ADF)

Location: Noida, Pune, Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad
Work Mode: Hybrid (2-3 day's in a week)
Work Timing: 11 AM – 9 PM

Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced MSBI ETL Developer proficient in SSIS, Power BI, SQL Server, and Azure Data Factory. The candidate will be responsible for developing and managing ETL pipelines, ensuring data accuracy and integrity across systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design, develop, and implement ETL processes using MSBI tools (SSIS, Power BI, SQL Server).
* Work extensively with SQL/T-SQL, DML/DDL, stored procedures, functions, triggers, indexes, cursors, and execution plans.
* Build, modify, and integrate SSIS jobs with Azure Data Factory (ADF) pipelines.
* Convert SSIS packages to ADF, schedule pipelines using triggers, and ensure operational reliability.
* Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into scalable ETL solutions.
* Collaborate with DBAs, analysts, and cross-functional teams to maintain data integrity and quality.
* Create and maintain technical documentation including mappings, transformations, and data lineage.
* Perform data profiling, cleansing, validation, and enhance data quality within the warehouse system.
* Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize ETL jobs for improved scalability and performance.
* Handle deployment processes using CI/CD, GIT, and related DevOps tools.
* Stay updated with ETL and data integration best practices and new features of Azure Data Factory.

Required Technical Skills & Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

* 5–7 years hands-on experience in MSBI ETL development (SSIS, Power BI, SQL Server).
* Strong proficiency in SQL/T-SQL, indexing, stored procedures, triggers, execution plan analysis, and data import/export.
* Expertise in Azure Data Factory (ADF) pipeline development & orchestration.
* Ability to create linked services, datasets, and activities for data transformation.
* Experience with ADF Mapping Data Flows and Integration Runtime configuration.
* Knowledge of pipeline triggers (schedule, tumbling window, event-based) and monitoring.
* Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts & dimensional modeling.
* SDLC knowledge with experience working in Agile environments.
* Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and optimization skills.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills across multi-functional teams.

Good to Have Skills (Preferred):

* Experience in US Healthcare domain.
* Exposure to Tableau, Cognos, or other analytical/reporting tools.
* Experience working on Salesforce applications.
* Knowledge of additional ETL/BI platforms and reporting environments.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6-12 months

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
