Etsy Account Executive (Onsite)

IBSTEC is hiring an experienced Etsy Account Executive to manage complete A–Z operations of Etsy seller accounts from our Gulberg V office.

The ideal candidate must have minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience managing Etsy accounts independently, including listing optimization, SEO, order handling, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle complete A–Z management of Etsy seller accounts
  • Create, upload, and optimize product listings (titles, tags, descriptions, images)
  • Perform keyword research and implement Etsy SEO strategies
  • Monitor shop analytics, sales performance, and conversion rates
  • Manage customer messages, reviews, and dispute resolution
  • Handle order processing, inventory updates, and pricing strategies
  • Run and optimize Etsy Ads (if required)
  • Stay updated with Etsy policies and algorithm changes
  • Coordinate with internal teams for product launches and improvements

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of proven A–Z Etsy account handling experience
  • Strong understanding of Etsy SEO and ranking factors
  • Excellent written English communication skills
  • Ability to manage store performance independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Must be able to work onsite in Gulberg V, Lahore
