Etsy Expert (UK & USA Markets)

We are hiring an experienced Etsy Expert who can manage, scale, and optimize our Etsy store for the UK & USA markets. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in Print-on-Demand (POD) operations, listing optimization, niche research, and customer management. You should be skilled in creating high-converting product listings and managing end-to-end POD workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow Etsy shops focused on UK & USA markets
• Create high-quality product listings (titles, tags, SEO, descriptions, mockups)
• Handle complete Print-on-Demand (POD) workflows
• Manage customized product creation and POD order fulfillment
• Work with POD platforms (Printify, Printful, Gelato, etc.)
• Conduct trend, niche, and competitor research
• Manage customer inquiries, messages, and order issues
• Track store KPIs and optimize listings for conversions
• Improve store visibility through SEO and paid strategies
• Implement strategies to scale store revenue organically and through ads
• Maintain smooth daily operations and ensure timely order management

Key Requirements

• Strong experience managing Etsy shops
• Hands-on experience with Print-on-Demand (POD)
• Ability to create customized products and manage POD production
• Expertise in listing creation (titles, tags, SEO, mockups)
• Knowledge of POD platforms (Printify, Printful, Gelato, etc.)
• Strong skills in market trend & niche research (UK & USA focus)
• Experience handling order management & customer communication
• Ability to scale Etsy stores using organic and paid strategies
• Understanding of Etsy algorithms and ranking factors
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
