About Us
We are a marketing agency focused on helping brands grow using TikTok and e-commerce. We work with international clients (mainly US/UK) and now want someone to manage our Upwork account full-time.You don’t need to be a TikTok expert.

You do need to be good at English, organized, and willing to learn our systems. Your Main Responsibilities You will handle everything on Upwork related to finding and closing new clients:

  • Job Hunting
  • Search and monitor new jobs daily related to:
  • TikTok / TikTok Shop
  • Influencer marketing
  • Affiliate marketing
  • E-commerce / DTC brands / social media marketing
  • Shortlist the best jobs and keep a simple tracker (we’ll give you a template).
  • Proposal Writing & Bidding
  • Write custom proposals (no copy–paste spam).
  • Read the job description carefully and respond to what the client actually wants.
  • Use our existing templates, case studies, and results to make proposals stronger.
  • Update proposals based on what works / doesn’t.
  • Profile & Portfolio Management
  • Help keep our Upwork profile updated and attractive:
  • Title, overview, skills, keywords
  • Portfolio items and project packages
  • Add new portfolio items when we give you results/case studies.
  • Lead Nurturing & Follow-Up
  • Reply quickly and professionally to all new messages.
  • Ask basic qualifying questions (we’ll give you a script).
  • Follow up with leads who stop replying in a polite, strategic way.
  • Move people from interested → call booked → contract.
  • Call Booking & Handover
  • Book Zoom/Google Meet calls into the founder’s calendar.
  • Share a short summary before each call:
  • Client name, country
  • Job link & budget
  • What they want / their main problem
  • After the call, help with follow-up messages and proposals if needed.
  • Client Communication (Inside Upwork)
  • Keep chats professional, friendly, and clear.
  • Answer basic questions about what we do (we’ll train you).
  • Forward technical questions to the founder. What

We’re Looking For
Must-Have:

  • Good written English (clear, simple, no Google Translate vibes).
  • Experience with Upwork (bidding, proposals, or client messaging)

OR strong willingness to learn quickly.

  • Comfortable writing messages and proposals every day.
  • Very organized and disciplined with time.
  • Self-motivated: you don’t wait for instructions, you hunt for jobs.

Nice to Have (Not Required but a Plus):

  • Experience with marketing / e-commerce / social media projects.
  • Any exposure to TikTok, influencers, or online brands.
  • Comfortable using Google Docs, Sheets, Calendly, etc.

What Success Looks Like

  • 10–20 high-quality proposals sent per day (not spam).
  • Regular replies from clients and conversations on Upwork.
  • Calls booked consistently for our founder.
  • All leads and jobs are tracked properly (nothing gets lost).

Work Details

  • Type: Long-term, part-time to full-time (depending on performance).
  • Hours: Flexible, but:
  • You must check Upwork multiple times a day.
  • Some overlap with US time is a plus, not mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
