EUC Desktop Engineer
EUC Desktop Engineer
We are seeking a skilled IT End User Support Technician to provide technical support in a fast-paced environment. This role involves supporting Windows-based systems, Office 365 applications, and end-user hardware, while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service experience supporting Office 365
- Experience with VPN clients
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Experience supporting HP machines (some Mac exposure preferred)
- Support for Windows-based laptops
Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1–1.5 technical support
- Perform basic PC repair and troubleshooting
- Offer desk-side support when required
- Manage and resolve tickets using ticketing systems (e.g., TDX)
- Provide in-office support at IT service desk (Genius Bar style)
Requirements and Qualifications
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Excellent troubleshooting and technical support skills
- Hands-on experience with Windows 10/11, Office 365, Active Directory, Intune, and Entra
- Strong understanding of user account management and network connectivity
- Punctual, reliable, and able to manage daily support tasks effectively
- Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities
- Experience working with remote and on-site teams
- Experience with tools such as ServiceNow, GlobalProtect VPN, PrinterLogic, Dialpad
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to work on-site Monday through Friday
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Customer Support:
Provide on-site and remote technical support to end users, resolve issues, install software, and answer technical questions.
- End User Access and Connectivity:
Create and manage user accounts in Active Directory and Office 365; troubleshoot access and connectivity issues.
- Hardware and Software Management:
Set up and maintain desktops, laptops, docking stations, monitors, and peripherals; manage inventory and coordinate procurement.
Salary Range- $60,000-$65,000 a year
