Key Responsibilities

• Guest Interaction: Greet guests warmly, escort them to tables, and present menus.
• Reservations and Seating: Manage the reservation system, maintain organized waitlists, and efficiently assign guests to tables.
• Communication: Serve as the point of contact, communicating with guests, kitchen staff, and servers to ensure seamless service.
• Problem-Solving: Address guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.
• Coordination: Coordinate with servers regarding available tables and seating, and assist waitstaff during busy periods.
• Environment Maintenance: Keep the reception and dining areas clean, organized, and properly set up.
• Information Provider: Inform guests of menu items, daily specials, and cooking methods.
