1. Position & Reporting
Job Title: Sales Manager
Department: Sales / Brokerage
Reporting To: Managing Directors
2. Compensation
Basic Salary: AED 10,000 per month
Commission:
Company Generated Lead: 15% of Gross Commission
Self-Generated Lead: 50% of Gross Commission
Team Override: 10% of Gross Commission
Probation Period: 2 month
3. Work Schedule
Working Days: Monday - Saturday
Timings: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday
4. Terms of Employment
Successful completion of the probationary period.
Compliance with UAE Labour Law and company
policies.
5. Performance & Compensation
Strategy
Team Structure: Each Sales Manager will lead a
team of 2-3 Property Consultants, subject to approval
by the Managing Directors.
Month 1: To establish momentum, each team must
close at least one property sale for salaries to be
released to both the Manager and the team.
Month 2 onwards: Sales Managers are accountable
for ensuring their team achieves a collective monthly
sales target of AED 1,000,000 (One Million Dirhams).
Compensation Policy:
- Full salary and commissions are payable when the
team achieves the
AED 1,000,000 monthly target.
- If the AED 1,000,000 team target is not achieved,
the Sales Manager will not be eligible for salary for
that month.
6. KPIs for Sales Managers
1. Team Sales Target Achievement - Ensure the team
closes AED
1,000,000 in sales every month (this target is subject
to change).
1.Agent KPI Compliance - At least 80% of team
members must meet their individual KPIs
(meetings, calls, content, ete.).
2.Team Activity Oversight - Daily review of CRM
logs to ensure 100% of activities are recorded
accurately.
3.Lead Allocation & Response Management -
Allocate and monitor leads, ensuring team
average response time is under 24 hours:
4.Training & Development - Conduct minimum 2
training or mentorship sessions per month.
5.Developer Relationship Management - Organize
at least 2 developer briefings per month, with
team participation and updated knowledge
sharing.
6.Recruitment & Retention Support (if applicable) -
Assist with hiring, onboarding, and ensuring team
stability.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
