Maintenance and Repair
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for EV charging infrastructure.
- Conduct routine inspections, diagnostics, and repairs to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, coordinating with external vendors and suppliers.
- Provide technical guidance and on-the-job support to junior engineers and maintenance staff.
Technical Expertise and Standards
- Establish and maintain technical procedures and maintenance standards in compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation measures to ensure safe operations.
- Develop and enforce safety procedures and protocols for maintenance activities.
Quality and Performance
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics of EV charging systems to identify improvement opportunities.
- Implement quality control and continuous improvement initiatives to maintain high standards.
- Prepare and present quality and performance reports to stakeholders.
Project Management
- Manage small-scale maintenance and upgrade projects, including planning and scheduling.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project objectives.
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and risks, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
Stakeholder Management and Communication
- Ensure effective communication with project teams, contractors, clients, and authorities.
- Prepare and present regular progress and status reports, including coordination with Kahramaa representatives.
- Work closely with procurement teams to ensure timely availability of materials and equipment.
Other Responsibilities
- Perform additional related duties as assigned by the line manager to meet operational requirements.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and safeguard sensitive organizational data.
Minimum Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in electrical equipment maintenance, preferably in the transportation sector, with 2–3 years of GCC experience.
- Relevant certifications such as CEE, CMRP, or PMP are an advantage.
- Strong skills in electrical maintenance, technical troubleshooting, project management, and quality assurance.

Pay: QAR15,000.00 - QAR15,500.00 per month
