EV Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Manage installation, commissioning, and maintenance of EV chargers (AC & DC).
• Monitor and troubleshoot charging stations to ensure maximum uptime.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of charging infrastructure.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and technical teams for smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with DEWA and UAE regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical support for hardware/software integration with CPMS platforms.
• Keep updated with the latest EV and green energy technologies to enhance system performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics Engineering (or similar).
• Proven experience in EV charging systems / power electronics / renewable energy projects.
• Strong knowledge of AC/DC power, load management, and electrical safety standards.
• Experience with EVSE protocols (OCPP, RFID, etc.) is a plus.
• Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues quickly.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Based in Dubai/UAE or willing to relocate.
