EV Technician (Electric Vehicle)

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated EV Technician to join our automobile service team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with electric vehicles, diagnostics, and high-voltage systems, and must follow OEM safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain Electric Vehicles (EVs) and hybrid systems
• Perform battery inspection, replacement, and health checks
• Handle high-voltage systems safely as per EV protocols
• Use diagnostic tools and software for fault detection
• Conduct routine servicing and preventive maintenance
• Ensure compliance with OEM standards, safety, and housekeeping
• Coordinate with Service Advisors and Workshop Team for job completion
• Maintain accurate job cards and service records

Requirements:

• Diploma / Certification in Automobile or Electrical Technology
• Experience in automobile 3 years.
• Minimum 1–3 years experience as an EV or Hybrid Technician
• Strong knowledge of EV batteries, motors, inverters, and charging systems
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools and EV safety procedures
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Willingness to learn new EV technologies
