EV Technician / Electric Vehicle Mechanic

About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and safety-focused EV Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with electric vehicles (EVs), particularly brands such as Tesla, BYD, and other leading manufacturers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain EV systems, including batteries, charging components, and electrical systems.
• Perform software updates and troubleshoot electronic control systems.
• Ensure all work complies with manufacturer standards and safety protocols.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to maximize vehicle performance and lifespan.
• Maintain detailed service records and report findings to management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an EV Technician, Auto Electrician, or Automotive Mechanic.
• Strong knowledge of EV batteries, charging systems, and diagnostic tools.
• Familiarity with EV brands such as Tesla and BYD.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and software updates.
• Strong focus on safety, accuracy, and compliance.
• Relevant certification(s) in automotive technology or EV systems is a plus.
