Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and innovative Content Developer with expertise in creating microlearning and video-based content, specifically for the automotive sector. The candidate will be responsible for managing the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring that the content is up-to-date and engages the learner community. The role also involves collaborating with multiple internal and external teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Development: Develop and deliver microlearning modules, video-based training (AV), and other e-learning materials.
- LMS Management: Oversee and maintain the LMS, ensuring timely updates, integration of new content, and user engagement.
- Content Strategy: Create content roadmaps including VCT (Virtual Classroom Training), ILT (Instructor-Led Training), Tactical updates, and Refresher modules.
- Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (like Marketing, Product, HR) and external vendors to ensure content is aligned with organizational objectives.
- Content QA: Perform quality checks on content and LMS functionality to ensure a smooth learning experience.
Required Technical Skills
o Proficiency in managing and optimizing Learning Management Systems (Moodle, TalentLMS, SAP Litmos, or similar).
o Experience in LMS content curation, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring.
e-Learning Authoring Tools:
o Advanced skills in e-learning content development software, including: Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise)
- Adobe Captivate
- iSpring Suite
o Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, and other e-learning standards.
Video Creation & Editing:
o Experience in producing high-quality video-based learning content.o Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Camtasia, or Vyond for video creation and editing.

o Ability to integrate video content into the LMS and ensure a smooth viewing experience across devices.
o Working knowledge of design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva for creating visual assets.
o Ability to create infographics and visuals that enhance learning content.
Interactive Learning Tools:
o Experience with platforms like H5P for creating interactive content.o Familiarity with quiz and assessment creation tools.
Virtual Training Platforms:
o Experience with VCT tools such as Zoom, WebEx, or Microsoft Teams to deliver live sessions.
o Familiarity with LMS analytics dashboards to track learner engagement, completion rates, and performance.o Ability to generate and interpret reports to make data-driven decisions for content improvement.
Required Experience
o Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in content development for digital learning, with a preference for candidates who have worked in the automotive or a related technical field.
o Hands-on experience with a variety of learning formats, including microlearning, video-based learning, Virtual Classroom Training (VCT), Instructor-Led Training (ILT), and digital assessments.
