Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Attendant to join our team. As an Attendant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers. Your main responsibilities will include food service, cash handling, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions with accuracy
- Prepare and serve food items according to established procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area, including tables, chairs, and condiment stations
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain proper sanitation standards
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies as needed
- Promote sales by upselling menu items and suggesting additional products or services
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
• Operate POS systems such as Micros POS accurately for orders, payments, and cash handling
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing special requests with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Maintain food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols
• Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure prompt service and efficient workflow in both bar and bistro settings
• Food service duties such as serving appetizers or light meals in accordance with health regulations
• Support catering, banquet events, or nightclub operations as needed, demonstrating flexibility across different hospitality environments

Experience

• Proven experience working as a bartender or in a food service role within the hospitality industry
• Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS is highly desirable
• Prior experience in fine dining establishments or nightclubs is a plus
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently through excellent time management skills
• Experience with retail math, cash handling, and basic math skills necessary for accurate transactions
• Knowledge of brewing techniques or beverage crafting is advantageous for enhancing guest offerings

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
