Evening Care Specialist (CNA / DSP / HHA / Resident Assistant)
Job Title: Evening Caregiver (CNA / HHA / DSP / PCA) – Assisted Living & Memory Care
Location: Nagel Assisted Living – Waconia, MN
Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time | 2:00 pm – 10:30 pm + Every Other Weekend
Pay: $19 – $25 per hour + Evening Differential

Our evening team plays a critical role in creating a calm, comfortable, and positive environment to end each resident’s day.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide hands-on support with ADLs (bathing, dressing, mobility, toileting).
- Build meaningful connections with residents during evening routines.
- Support residents in both Assisted Living and Memory Care environments.
- Monitor changes and communicate with nurses and team members.
- Help create a safe, welcoming, and team-oriented atmosphere.

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience as a CNA, HHA, DSP, PCA, or Caregiver is a plus.
